Here we spend time with you, looking at the whole person and discussing your individual needs, finding out what you would like to achieve and working together to create a bespoke plan.
We will look at your health and nutrition, what foods you are eating, what times you are eating them, the size of your portions and how you eat. We will also look at your fluid intake and what you drink and when.
We will ask you questions about your general health and look at how you sleep, relax and move. This will allow us to guide, advise, educate, empower and support you on a journey to living a healthy lifestyle, through learning what self-care really means, why boundaries are so important and how to recognise when you are overwhelmed.
We will share how to make changes that will become a part of your daily routine to increase energy levels and improve mind wellness, which, in turn, will help you make healthier choices around food and other lifestyle considerations, increase your body confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, help with weight loss, give healthy glowing skin and result in an all-round healthier and balanced lifestyle.
